Unwell & Thriving is survivor-founded and built on one truth: the things we’re told to stay quiet about are the very things that shape us. Trauma. Mental illness. Chronic pain. The realities no one wants to fund, no one wants to hear about, and no one wants to see on a T-shirt — until now.
Every design is hand-drawn from lived experience. We make the unspoken visible, the uncomfortable loud, and the dismissed impossible to ignore.
And we put our money where our mouth is. The charities that should be lifelines — Sexual Assault Centres, Mental Health programs, Migraine support — are the most underfunded and overlooked. So a portion of every sale goes directly to them. Each month, we show you exactly who your purchase supports.
